Products that push back the boundaries

Thanks to the new certifications obtained this year, our products have not stopped travelling. They have travelled over 3 million kilometres across 4 continents (Europe, Africa, Asia and North America) and 9 countries.

Dynamic organic growth

This year, 26 new people joined LivingPackets, bringing a variety of skills and fresh energy. These new arrivals have given us the opportunity to strengthen our team spirit through convivial events such as a barbecue, an olympiad and a raclette meal. Every opportunity is a good one to get together and strengthen the bonds between our staff.

Increased support

Our traffic and technical support teams played an essential role this year. They ensured smooth logistical integration for our customers and responded quickly to new requests.

Several of our tools have been revised and improved to simplify the user experience and enhance customer satisfaction. These updates make it easier to use our products on a daily basis.

Constant innovation

Our products are constantly evolving to meet the needs of our users. Among the year's highlights, we developed new functions such as opening by code. We also launched a new format for THE BOX Pro: S.
The development of these solutions has enabled us to respond to a demand from our customers to meet their expectations as fully as possible.

Strong growth in production

With the arrival of 4 new operators, we have increased our production capacity to meet ever-increasing demand. This expansion demonstrates our commitment to maintaining exemplary quality while speeding up our processes.
