The airplane mode of our delivery solutions certified by UPS

We are proud to announce that our three solutions have obtained official certification from UPS, one of the world's largest logistics operators, for air travel in full compliance with regulations.

Following the initial milestone achieved in 2023 with the certification of THE BOX, THE BOX Pro and THE TABLET are now joining this advancement, further strengthening the reliability and international reach of our products.

This new recognition adds to previous certifications validated by other major players in the aviation sector. In 2023, Etihad Airways, one of the leading carriers in the United Arab Emirates, approved THE BOX's airplane mode. A few months later, at the end of 2024, THE BOX became the world's first connected package to receive official validation from the IATA (International Air Transport Association) for use in air freight transport.

How does it work?

Thanks to embedded technology based on two intelligent algorithms and integrated sensors, our products automatically detect when they are on board an aircraft and instantly activate airplane mode, thereby disabling all radio emissions.

Before obtaining UPS certification, our products underwent a series of rigorous tests to ensure that they comply with aircraft flight restrictions. (takeoff and in-flight acceleration, cargo hold pressure, temperature, position, etc.).

These validations guarantee that our packaging does not interfere with onboard communication systems and is perfectly suited for air transport, while continuing to provide accurate and secure tracking of your shipments, even during flight.
